Non-profit groups not volunteering to help with set up or tear down can purchase a 10 ft x 10 ft space for $50 All set ups are to be paid prior to Bike Night.

Bike Night Guidelines:
  • All electric cords are to be plugged into surge protector strip and tied up off the ground. No exceptions.
  • Do not plug into city light poles or you will be charged.
  • Vendors need to provide their own QUIET generator for power (Honda eu20i, eu2000i or Honda 3000he).
  • All vendors are required to have a fire extinguisher visible to the Fire Marshal, 2A10BC with state inspection tag.
  • Vendor entrance for this event is on First & Monroe Streets beginning at 1 pm. No vendors will be permitted in prior to 1pm or after 4pm.
  • All vendors must be set up by 4:30 pm.
  • RDA staff will direct you to the designated vendor parking area outside the event after set up is complete. No vendor parking is allowed inside the event.
  • Do not leave equipment or products unattended during set up or during the event. The River District Alliance and vendor organizers do not assume responsibility for any vendor or their products.
  • All vendors must begin breakdown at 10 pm and be off site by 11 pm.
  • Event is rain or shine no refunds.
